Disney Christmas Decorations

Spending Christmas Day on Disney grounds was very fun and comforting to me, having had to leave Christmas behind due to our December 21st job relocation. We parked at the Dophin and paid the $18 parking, which was well worth the money, and then used the Disney waterways, busses, and the monorail to tour the resort.

We didn't have theme park passes so our Disney visit was limited to what was available outside of the parks. We found enough fun to keep us busy for days if we had wanted.

If you are ever contemplating a Christmas Day outing to the Disney resort, here are samples of fun that you may find..

The Christmas Store at Disney Springs

Fun Christmas decorations just about everywhere.

A Christmas display at the Dolphin or Swan (I can't remember) made completely out of cookie dough.

A poinsettia Christmas Tree at the Dolphin.

A toy train!

A very tall Christmas tree in front of Disney Hollywood studios.

Gingerbreak Cookie depiction of Frozen.

.....with the recipe.

A Christmas Tree in front of the Contemporary hotel.

Cinderella's Castle as soon from the Monorail covered with Christmas lights.

A Christmas courtyard on the Disney Boardwalk between the Dolphin/Swan hotels and Epcot

Beautiful garlands everywhere.
